In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food service management, ensuring exceptional dining experiences across various settings. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage the culinary department to deliver outstanding quality and service. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise culinary teams in food preparation, food service, and kitchen management to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
Oversee menu planning, catering operations, and fine dining service to create memorable guest experiences.
Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and food safety sanitizing protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate shift management, staff scheduling, and training initiatives to optimize team productivity and morale.
Implement cost control measures and monitor food production expenses to achieve financial targets.
Ensure adherence to dietary requirements, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all departments.
Foster a culture of hospitality excellence through leadership in supervising banquet events, catering services, and restaurant operations.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within the food industry, particularly in restaurant management or catering environments.
Extensive banquet experience combined with strong background in fine dining settings.
Demonstrated expertise in food production, kitchen management, and culinary techniques including cooking and food handling.
Prior experience managing inventory control systems and implementing food safety sanitizing procedures.
Leadership experience managing teams as a chef or in a similar role within hospitality or restaurant sectors.
Familiarity with menu planning, shift management, and cost control strategies essential for operational success.
Strong background in food service management with a focus on hospitality standards and customer satisfaction.
