Full Job Description

Title I Interventionist (Part-Time)

Miami-Dade County, Florida

FACTS Education Solutions is seeking dedicated and passionate educators to serve as Title I Interventionists in several private schools throughout Miami-Dade County, Florida. We anticipate mulitiple school sites and are building a pool of qualified candidates for part-time instructional positions for the upcoming school year.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers who enjoy working with small groups of students and helping learners build confidence and academic success in reading and mathematics.

Compensation

$30–$35 per hour
Part-time, school-year position
Hours vary by school site and student needs
Flexible schedules available during the school day and, in some cases, after school

Position Summary

The Title I Interventionist provide supplemental academic instruction to eligible students in reading, language arts, mathematics, and other approved instructional areas. Interventionists work closely with school personnel to support student achievement through targeted small-group and individual instruction.

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver small-group and individualized academic interventions.
Provide supplemental instruction using pull-out instructional models.
Develop and implement lessons that support student growth and achievement.
Analyze assessment data to identify student needs and tailor instruction accordingly.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and FACTS personnel.
Submit required documentation and compliance reports in a timely manner.
Utilize technology and instructional resources to enhance student learning.
Collaborate with classroom teachers and administrators to support student success.
Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
Valid Florida teaching certificate, temporary teaching certificate.
Previous classroom teaching or instructional experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred:

3+ years of teaching experience.
Experience providing reading and mathematics interventions.
Experience working with Title I and/or IDEA programs.
Experience supporting English Language Learners (ELLs).
