We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing litigation team.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who enjoys managing cases from litigation through resolution and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, develop litigation strategies, advocate for clients in court, and work alongside experienced attorneys and legal professionals dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes.

Fluency in Spanish is required.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will:

Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement, verdict, or trial.
Develop and execute effective litigation strategies based on liability, damages, and case value.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for depositions, mediation, and trial.
Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the litigation process.
Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategy.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Mentor and support team members when appropriate.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm through exceptional client service, strong advocacy, and professional integrity.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Minimum of two (2) years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Experience handling depositions, hearings, mediations, and all phases of litigation.
Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing outstanding client service with professionalism and compassion.
