ABOUT TOP AESTHETICS

Top Aesthetics is a surgeon-owned plastic surgery center in South Florida — a full surgical facility in Oakland Park and a med spa on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. We deliver a luxury patient experience at an outstanding value: board-certified surgeons, concierge recovery services, transparent pricing, and a 5.0★ Google rating. We're also unusually tech-forward for a clinic — we build our own software, use AI across patient communication and marketing, and move fast.

THE ROLE

You will work directly for the founder. He is excellent at defining what needs to happen and giving you the tools to do it. Your job is making sure it actually happens.

You own execution across the business: you take a defined outcome, break it into steps, assign the work, follow up on it every single day, remove blockers, and — when the in-house team can't or shouldn't do something — you go hire a freelancer or contractor and manage them to the finish line. When you ask someone for a status, you're asking with the founder's authority.

This is not an executive assistant role (you won't manage a calendar) and it's not a specialist role (you won't do the design or marketing yourself). It's a chase-it-to-done role. If open loops make you genuinely uncomfortable, you'll love it here.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the founder's priority list end to end — from "here's what we need" to "it's done."
Run daily follow-up across the team: statuses, deadlines, blockers. You're the person who asks "where is this?" every day — without being asked to.
Coordinate work across sales, patient coordinators, marketing, and clinical staff.
Source, hire, and manage freelancers and contractors (designers, video editors, photographers, writers) when work can't be executed in-house. You'll have a budget you can spend without asking.
Keep one visible tracker of everything in flight — every project has an owner and a date.
Give the founder a short weekly rundown: done, in progress, blocked, needs a decision.

A REAL EXAMPLE OF A PROJECT YOU'D OWN

A complete overhaul of our before-and-after photo library: locate all existing assets across our systems, select the strongest cases with the team, manage retouching and design to make them marketing-ready, and deliver the finished library on a deadline. Multiple people touch this project — you're the one who makes sure it ships.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

The backlog of stalled projects is cleared.
Every open project has a named owner and a date.
The founder no longer personally chases anything.

WHO YOU ARE

Relentless about follow-up. Comfortable holding people accountable — repeatedly, cheerfully, without drama.
Organized to a fault. You keep lists, you close loops, you never let things fall through cracks.
Resourceful. When the answer is "we can't do this in-house," you have a contractor found within days, not weeks.
A finisher. You get more satisfaction from shipping someone else's work than from doing it yourself.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years in operations, project management, production (agency producer), or a similar drive-things-to-done role.
Experience hiring and managing freelancers or vendors.
Strong written communication — clear, short, direct.
Comfortable with software and project tools; we're a tech-forward company and you'll use our internal systems daily.
Full-time, on-site at our Oakland Park facility.

Nice to have: healthcare / med spa / aesthetics experience · familiarity with EOS (the "Integrator" role) · bilingual English/Spanish.
