Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for the office setting and our patients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and lively workplace atmosphere. Schedule is flexible and non-demanding. Perfect for a part-time student wanting to gain experience in a doctor office setting. Experience is helpful but not required. Attention to detail and professional, warm personality are required.

Duties

Greeting patients warmly and attentively and help with check in and work up
Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional patient interaction via phone or in person
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required
Some computer entry for patient record and payment logging
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in record-keeping
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and for smooth operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for an entry level doctor office setting to gain experience with a low work time commitment.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
