Senior Quality Assurance Manager
Textile Manufacturing Experience Strong Preferred

Location: Valdese, NC (10-15% travel, mostly local)
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift
Compensation: $65-95K/annual + benefits + annual bonus
Relocation: This company is open to discussing relocation arrangements. No H-1B or other visa sponsorship is available for this position.

The Role You Will Play

Serve as the technical and operational bridge between textile manufacturing, customer expectations, and quality assurance leadership initiatives.
Lead quality problem solving efforts across yarn, dyeing, weaving, finishing, and manufacturing operations while supporting customer and production teams.
This role offers significantly broader operational exposure than traditional plant-level quality positions through direct involvement across multiple facilities and departments.
Designed as a succession planning opportunity with clear advancement potential into director-level quality leadership within a highly respected textile organization.

Background Profile

Expertise in textile manufacturing quality systems, dyeing, weaving, finishing, and process problem solving.
7+ years’ Experience in textile manufacturing or integrated process manufacturing environments.
Exposure to ISO 9001 quality systems and analytical reporting tools.
Working Knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, and cross-functional manufacturing operations.
BS in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
