Overview:
The Sr. Advertising Specialist develops, and coordinates print and digital advertising materials that support customer merchandising strategies, brand standards, and production timelines. This role produces high-volume, accurate ad layouts and related creative assets while collaborating with customers, brand directors, and internal teams to ensure weekly advertising deliverables are completed on time. The position also supports ad versioning, product selection, final file preparation, and project updates to maintain consistent execution across advertising channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Develops, designs, automates, and coordinates advertising layouts for print and digital marketing campaigns.
2. Produces high-quality ad layouts that meet customer brand standards, merchandising requirements, and production specifications.
3. Recommend design formats, layouts, and graphic solutions that support customer engagement and a competitive market presence.
4. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional partners to ensure advertising projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
5. Maintains strong attention to detail while managing high-volume work under tight production deadlines.
6. Coordinates product images and other creative assets needed for ad development.
7. Generates more than 100 ad pages weekly while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and production quality.
8. Determines appropriate ad versions and product selections based on customer needs, regional requirements, and brand director input.
9. Releases ads, grids, and run lists to support accurate print versions and distribution.
10. Keeps the Advertising Manager informed of weekly ad progress, project status, risks, and deadlines.
11. Processes customer-requested edits through the project management system and ensures final approvals are obtained before production.
12. Creates supporting digital graphics for advertising, merchandising, and promotional needs.
13. Prepares final files for ads, signs, and other print materials.
14. Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in marketing, graphic design, advertising, or a related field; equivalent related experience may be considered.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and creative, with sound judgment and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications used to produce advertising layouts and digital graphics.
- Experience creating advertising layouts, print materials, or digital graphics preferred.
