Full Job Description

Position Summary

PRINE Health Medical Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our digital presence across a multispecialty medical group with locations throughout Long Island. This role manages social media, website content and design, digital advertising, SEO, and online reputation, while also owning the marketing technology stack, such as CRM, EMR (CureMD), scheduling/patient communication (Curogram), and lead-capture forms. You'll be responsible for turning campaigns and events into measurable results, reporting on ROI, and keeping our brand consistent and visible across every location. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role suited to someone who is equally comfortable designing a landing page, running a Google Ads campaign, writing a press release, and building a metrics dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Presence & Content

Manage and grow PRINE Health's social media accounts (content calendar, posting, community engagement, paid social).
Design, update, and maintain the practice website, including new landing pages, provider bios, and location pages.
Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility for the practice and individual specialties/locations.
Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/paid social, and other channels as appropriate).
Manage and optimize the practice's ZocDoc profile(s) to maximize new-patient bookings.

CRM, EMR & Systems

Own and maintain the internal marketing CRM, including lead tracking, campaign tagging, and patient journey workflows.
Coordinate data flow and integration between the internal CRM and CureMD (EMR) to support accurate lead-to-patient tracking.
Build and manage lead-capture and intake forms using JotForm.
Use HubSpot and/or Salesforce for campaign management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Monitor and manage online patient reviews and reputation through Curogram.

Analytics, PR & Events

Write and distribute press releases and other earned-media/advertising materials.
Build recurring marketing performance reports and dashboards (traffic, leads, conversions, ad spend, cost-per-acquisition).
Develop and track ROI metrics for marketing campaigns and sponsored/hosted events.
Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform strategy and benchmark performance against other Long Island medical practices.
Partner with the Director of Business Development and Marketing, physicians, and office managers to align campaigns with practice growth goals.
Ensure all marketing materials and patient-facing digital content comply with HIPAA and healthcare advertising regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, medical, or another regulated/service industry.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, and Google Business Profile management.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
Experience with website content management/design (e.g., WordPress or a comparable platform).
Familiarity with ZocDoc practice management and optimization.
CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
Experience building forms/workflows in JotForm or a comparable tool.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and clear ROI reporting.
Excellent written communication skills for press releases, ad copy, and web/social content.
Highly organized self-starter, comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders (physicians, office managers, leadership) at once.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CureMD or another EMR/practice-management system.
Experience with Curogram or similar patient communication/reputation-management platforms.
Experience marketing across multiple locations or a multi-site healthcare group.
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for social and web content.
Google Ads and/or HubSpot certification.
