At Opes One, you'll be part of a Financial Services Team which allows you the freedom to provide solutions for clients from a strong portfolio of innovative financial products/strategies. Our highly qualified team of professionals provides specialized expertise in areas including risk management, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement savings, investments, business succession planning, and estate planning. You will have the chance to help others turn their financial dreams into reality and make a positive impact on the lives of your associates and your community.

What sort of responsibilities should a person in this position expect?

We seek people interested in constantly expanding their skill set and developing their potential.
You will be required to show initiative in prioritizing tasks and carrying them through to completion.
With our guidance, you will set and attain your own financial objectives.
You will collaborate with other successful agents in our firm to help build your client base.
You should be able to develop strong business relationships throughout the community.

What qualifications are we looking for in a person?

Strong market development and networking skills
Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-oriented
A strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communicator with demonstrated success in building new relationships
Exhibits a commitment to professionalism, honesty, and a strong work ethic
BA, BS, and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience
Sales experience ideal
Financial Industry or insurance experience not required, but must be able to obtain appropriate license(s)
Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish & English)
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident only

Anticipated Income: $65,000K - $150,000K

Results-driven compensation, and access to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans are available for qualified Financial Services Consultants. Management, and Senior Management opportunities available with performance.
