About the Family
A warm, faith-centered family with six children is seeking an experienced, proactive nanny to become a trusted part of their household and provide exceptional care and support to their family.
The children are 7 months, 3, 5, 10, 12, and 14, with the nanny’s primary focus on the three youngest children. Mom is home and actively homeschooling the older children, while Dad primarily works from a home office and occasionally travels.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nanny who genuinely loves children, enjoys being active and engaged, and thrives in a busy family environment. The family is looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of the younger children’s day while also noticing ways to help the household run more smoothly.
What the Days May Look Like
The nanny will take primary responsibility for creating a nurturing, engaging rhythm for the younger children while Mom focuses on homeschooling and other family responsibilities.

- Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the infant, 3-year-old, and 5-year-old
- Managing bottles, diapers, naps, meals, snacks, and daily routines
- Planning creative, age-appropriate activities

- Keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas, and frequently used spaces organized
- Assisting with children’s laundry
- Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
- Helping keep commonly used family supplies stocked and organized
- Running occasional family-related errands
- Assisting with light family-support tasks that help reduce Mom’s day-to-day mental load
