The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an administrator of storage, virtualiztion, and backup technologies as they relate to enterprise environments. It encompasses administration primarily of, but not limited to, Omnissa Horizon, Nutanix, and Rubrik technologies. This position is very detail oriented and requires the teammate to be proficient in storage provisioning and connectivity deliverance for a variety of operating systems (Windows & Linux).

Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally.

Assist in supporting the Bank’s Local Area and Wide Area networks hardware, firmware, and software systems.
Plan, secure, test, and maintain routers, switches, and firewall communication technologies. Ensure configurations are optimal and efficient.
