Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Auditor PT & FD Agent PT (Evening Shift), where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless front desk operations and accurate financial reporting during evening hours. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the integrity of hotel financial records. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, performing night audits, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for guests and support the smooth functioning of our hotel operations.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warm, professional phone etiquette and personalized service, handling multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Manage guest reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports for management review.
Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly through effective customer service problem-solving techniques.
Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, including safety protocols and guest safety measures during night shifts.
Maintain detailed records of all transactions, shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Support front desk operations by handling guest relations, managing check-ins/check-outs, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and night audit processes.
Experience working with multi-line phone systems, resort environments, or hotel management software enhances your suitability for this role.
Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while solving problems efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
A background in hospitality or hotel experience that showcases your dedication to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
