Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in menu planning and recipe development
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure smooth operations
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and interact with customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
