Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator at the front of our organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, managing tasks with precision, and creating a positive first impression for guests and visitors. As a vital part of our office environment, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a professional and friendly atmosphere every day.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, guests and with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls accurately and promptly, providing excellent customer support.
Handle customer requests and questions.
Support clerical tasks such as emailing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.
Stocking of the hotel shop.
Keeping the front desk area and lobby tidy and presentable.

Skills

Experience in Opera PMS preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing outstanding customer service.
Proven experience in office or hospitality roles such as front desk or sales positions.
