Business Analyst(multiple openings)
Gather and organize information on problems or procedures; analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternate methods of proceeding confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures; design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports; plan study of work problems and procedures related to communications, information flow and systems network or cost analysis; and use Fireworks and Visio Pro. Req's. Master's in Business Administration, Management, Business Management or Psycology or its equivalent in education and experience plus 3 years experience in the job offered or 3 years experience in related occupation as a Business Development Analyst, senior Project Manager or Project Manager. Will accept a bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent degree, followed by at least 5 years of progressive experience in speciality, in lieu of the required education and experience. Will also accept any equally suitable combination of education and experience. training and/ or experience which would qualify an applicant to perform the duties of the job offered.

Software Development Lifecycle Expert
Nopoint is seeking Software development lifecycle expert in St.Louis, MO. this position encompasses everything in SDLC including coding/development.
Qualified candidate has to modify/rewrite/update financial applications in C++ and java. Experience with HTML, web applications, Oracle, Unix env, Shell scripts, ClearCase/ClearQuest would be a best fit.
Experience in functional designing using Rational Rose and testng tools like Rational Purify/ Quantify.
The Candidate should have knowledge about client-server authentication through Open LDAP.
Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
