Full Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to serve as the backbone of our CRM and consumer insights ecosystem. This role will centralize and manage key databases, leveraging niche consumer demographics, profiles, and traffic data to ensure clean, organized, and actionable information for sales and program management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain centralized data universes derived from CRM systems and other databases.
Curate, map, and analyze consumer demographics, traffic patterns, and location-based data to build robust profiles.
Ensure data integrity by cleaning, standardizing, and mapping data across multiple sources.
Collaborate with sales and program management teams to align data strategies with lead development, territory mapping, and market expansion.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions.
Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
Support ongoing data governance and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data management, CRM administration, and consumer insights.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Experience mapping locations and working with geospatial data is a plus.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
