Full-Time Paraplanner / Admin Associate –Safety Harbor, FL

Ready to join a growing financial planning team and make an impact? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and friendly Paraplanner/Admin Associate to help our team stay organized, support clients, and learn valuable financial skills—including RMDs!

What You’ll Do

Serve as a key point of contact for clients—answer questions and ensure timely follow-ups
Process client forms and paperwork accurately
Learn and assist with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
Keep our office organized and help the team run smoothly

What You Bring

1–3 years of admin, client service, or financial support experience
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn financial processes, including RMDs
High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
