Assistant Market Center Administrator (AMCA) Company: Keller Williams Realty Portfolio Collection & Tampa Properties

Reports to: Market Center Administrator (MCA)

Location: In-Office (Largo & Tampa Locations)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Role Purpose

The Assistant Market Center Administrator (AMCA) functions as the primary Accounting Assistant for the Market Center. This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role focused on financial execution, transaction accuracy, and reporting. The AMCA ensures that agents are paid accurately and on time while maintaining the fiscal integrity of the office.

Core Ownership Areas

1. Financial & Transactional Operations

Daily Bookkeeping: Process DAs and bank deposits with 100% accuracy.
AP/AR Management: Own the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable systems for the Market Center.
Commission Processing: Act as the internal expert on agent billing, commission splits, and cap status tracking.
Month-End Close: Support the MCA in pre-transmittal preparation and reconciling accounts for month-end deadlines.

2. Reporting & Compliance

Financial Reporting: Generate and distribute "Friday Flash" reports and weekly production metrics (Closings, Listings, Profit).
Compliance Review: Review files to ensure all financial and legal requirements are met before funds are released.

3. Agent & Vendor Services

Serve as the first point of contact for agent financial inquiries.
Work with the events team to manage the Market Center Vendor Program.
Execute internal systems for tracking agent milestones and production wins.

Position Requirements & Expectations

Accounting Assessment: Candidates must pass a comprehensive accounting proficiency test to proceed with the hiring process.
In-Office Requirement: This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between the Largo and Tampa offices weekly.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and a high aptitude for learning proprietary real estate systems.

Success Metrics

Speed: DAs processed in 48 hours or less.
Precision: Zero-error rate in bank deposits and agent commission checks.
Reliability: Consistent delivery of regional and internal reports without leadership intervention.

Bottom Line: The AMCA is the "financial brain" of the Market Center. We are looking for an operational owner who thrives on numbers, systems, and accuracy. This role protects leadership bandwidth by ensuring the office’s financial engine runs flawlessly.
