Full Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerk. As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and on the phone

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

Skills:

-Experience working in a legal setting preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
