Kitchen Manager

Lead the Heart of the Restaurant

What You'll Do

As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations and play a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience through strong leadership, food quality, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members to build a high-performing culture
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient shift execution
Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, presentation, and recipe adherence
Manage food, labor, and controllable costs to achieve financial goals
Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste reduction initiatives
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Recruit, train, and retain top kitchen talent
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Collaborate with restaurant leadership to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals
Drive continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency, productivity, and team performance

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, inventory management, and labor controls
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
Hands-on leadership style with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing high-volume, full-service, or fast-casual restaurant operations
ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
