POSITION SUMMARY:
As a BCBA with HBH, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for Hawai‘i’s keiki.
Deliver meaningful services through partnerships with:

The Hawai‘i Department of Education

Early Intervention Services (for ages 0–3)

Private insurance providers
-
Developmental Disabilities Division
-
Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support client progress.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to guide clinical decision-making.

Accurately document therapy sessions in the medical record in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.

Identify and address potential barriers to discharge during initial assessments and ongoing collaboration with clients and their families.

Build and maintain effective partnerships with community agencies and external resources to support client outcomes.

Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Certified BCBA in good standing
Active CPR/BLS Certificate
Active First Aide Certificate

Proven experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with autism.

Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and effectively supervise team members.

Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make independent decisions that support best practices and high-quality care.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
