Responsibilities

Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth
Operate phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
Support team members with personal assistant duties and coordinate meetings or events as needed

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills with attention to detail
Experience handling phone systems and phone etiquette mastery
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred
Previous experience in an office setting; experience in the legal field is a plus
Demonstrated ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain confidentiality
