The Opportunity
This is not a high-volume chiropractic position.
We're looking for a chiropractor who wants to be a doctor first—someone who evaluates the whole patient, exercises excellent clinical judgment, communicates exceptionally well, collaborates with other providers, and understands that great chiropractic care is about more than getting someone out of pain.
You'll serve as a key member of our interdisciplinary clinical team and have the opportunity to build a thriving patient practice within Fraum Health.

Compensation & Earning Opportunity
This position includes a guaranteed base salary of $80,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do
As a Doctor of Chiropractic at Fraum Health, you'll be expected to combine excellent clinical care with an exceptional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive chiropractic evaluations, including medical history, physical examination, and review of diagnostic imaging when appropriate
- Diagnose and manage neuromusculoskeletal conditions involving the spine and extremities
- Develop personalized plans of care based on clinical findings, individual goals, lifestyle, and patient needs
- Deliver skilled manual and instrument-assisted chiropractic adjustments appropriate to each patient's clinical needs and safety considerations
- Incorporate rehabilitative and adjunctive strategies when clinically appropriate
- Interpret musculoskeletal radiographs and recognize contraindications, red flags, and appropriate referral needs
- Help patients understand their condition, their plan of care, and the role they can play in achieving successful outcomes
- Help patients restore mobility and function while developing strategies to preserve both over time
- Educate patients about movement, recovery, healthy aging, and proactive health
- Collaborate closely with medical providers and other members of the Fraum Health clinical team
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Build strong, trust-based doctor-patient relationships
- Provide the level of personal attention and service expected within a premier healthcare practice
- Participate in patient education, community engagement, and responsible practice-growth initiatives
- Consistently represent the Fraum Health mission, culture, and standard of care

Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Active South Carolina chiropractic license or ability to obtain licensure
- Eligibility for professional malpractice insurance
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed practice
- Strong patient-centered mindset
