Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Director of Special Events & Design to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of exceptional events that leave a lasting impression. You will oversee all aspects of event design, logistics, and vendor management, ensuring each occasion aligns with our brand vision and exceeds guest expectations. Your energetic approach and meticulous organizational skills will drive successful events that elevate our organization’s profile and foster meaningful connections with our audiences.

Responsibilities

Meet couples and guide them through our services
Help build wedding and corporate events time-lines and communicate with vendors and other parties involved .
Oversee event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and maximizing value through strategic upselling and cost-effective solutions.
Lead on-site event management to ensure seamless execution, including overseeing setup, guest services, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Foster excellent customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and guests to ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement and future planning success.

Requirments

This position requires at least 2 years of past experience in weddings & events coordination.
Must be available on weekends and after hours.
Must have a car.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
