Help Lead the Next Stage of a Rapidly Growing Company
Halstead Residential is a fast-growing real estate investment and operating company based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Our business has approximately doubled in size each year, and we intend to continue growing aggressively. We are looking for a General Manager who can help build the people, systems, processes, and accountability required for the company’s next stage.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain an established operation. The General Manager will work directly with ownership and will have meaningful responsibility for how the company performs, develops, and scales.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to make a visible impact, build a strong team, improve the company’s operating platform, and grow professionally alongside the business.
Position Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the company.
This individual will oversee employees, operations, customer service, vendors, quality control, financial discipline, and performance reporting. The General Manager will translate ownership’s goals into clear priorities and ensure that those priorities are executed consistently.
This role requires someone who can move comfortably between leadership, planning, financial oversight, employee management, and hands-on problem solving.
Although Halstead Residential operates multifamily properties, direct real estate experience is not required.
We are interested in proven leaders from industries such as:
- Hospitality
- Construction
- Logistics and distribution
- Manufacturing
- Field services
- Facilities management
- Retail or restaurant operations
- Healthcare operations
- Home services
- Multi-location businesses

- Clarify organizational roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and decision-making authority.
