Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting store operations by providing friendly and prompt assistance to customers and employees. This position enhances 4 Rivers Equipment with high-quality customer service and provides a friendly atmosphere and a caring attitude. The successful candidate must possess the ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional and positive manner.

Duties and Tasks:

Assist with answering store phones and route calls as appropriate

Backup Front Desk when needed
-
Post invoices as directed.

Assist with Rental contracts, billing and insurance

Administer the company’s customer portal

Marketing related tasks as assigned
-
Assist with dealer transfers / inventory

Assist Store Manager with Accounts Receivable reconciliation

Other duties as assigned

At least one year Administrative experience
