We are seeking an outstanding Director of Nursing (RN) to join our long-term care family in Hobbs, New Mexico. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a dedicated nursing department alongside an experienced Administrator and a full team of department heads who are committed to working together. $130,000 annual salary
Clinical bonus opportunity (up to approximately $12,000 annually)

What You'll Do

As our Director of Nursing, you will:

Lead and inspire the nursing team through servant leadership.
Ensure exceptional quality of care and regulatory compliance.
Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team.
Champion resident-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment).
Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.
Five years of long-term care or acute care experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional resident care.
