Description
Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Minimal supervision required.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
3 years professional nursing experience.
2 years clinical experience in specific clinical area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing
Upon hire: ACLS and/or PALS
Upon hire: Specialty certification related to practice
Upon hire: Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based certification (Medical Oncology and Physician Offices)
2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
Computer skills.
