About BlackWater
BlackWater is a young, growing underground utility company built from the ground up by two brothers in their early 30s, who still put their boots on and work alongside the crew, but we need help now.
We're not a huge corporation, and we don't want to act like one. We're a "smaller" operation right now, which means the people who come aboard aren't just another employee number. You'll work directly with the owners, your work will be noticed, and you'll have a real opportunity to grow as the company grows.
We take pride in what we build. Underground utility work is hard, skilled work, and when we leave a job, we want to be able to look back at it and know it was done right.
We're looking for people who take that same kind of pride in themselves and their work. People who show up, learn, work hard, take care of the guys beside them, and want more out of this than just another paycheck, were looking for leaders of their own life.
BlackWater was bootstrapped from nothing, and we're still building it. That means the people who join us now have an opportunity that won't exist forever: to get in early, earn their place, grow with us, and become part of the foundation of what we're building.
If you want a corporate job where you can disappear into the crowd, we're probably not the place.
If you want to work with your hands, learn real underground construction, take pride in what you accomplish every day, and help build something you can say you were there for from the beginning, we'd like to meet you.
