Full Job Description

Territory Sales ManagerOverview

DPF Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships throughout the assigned region. In this role, you will promote our Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) cleaning, maintenance, and related fleet support services to trucking companies, fleet operators, diesel repair facilities, municipalities, dealerships, and other diesel-powered equipment operators.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who enjoys working directly with customers, identifying opportunities, and helping clients reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and extend the life of their emissions systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fleets, trucking companies, municipalities, dealerships, construction companies, agricultural operations, and diesel repair facilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, service managers, shop owners, and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer visits to promote DPF cleaning services and related maintenance solutions.
Educate customers on the benefits of preventive DPF maintenance, emissions compliance, reduced downtime, and cost savings.
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
Work with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using company CRM and reporting tools.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the diesel, transportation, and fleet industries.
Prepare and present service proposals, pricing, and account reviews to customers.
Represent DPF Services LLC at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or customer service experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face customer interactions.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to trucking, transportation, fleet, diesel repair, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial customers.
Knowledge of diesel engines, emissions systems, DPFs, fleet maintenance, or related industries is preferred but not required.
Existing relationships within the trucking or fleet maintenance industry are a plus.
