IMPORTANT: This is an administrative, marketing, and staffing coordination role within a home care agency. This position does not provide direct patient care.

We are seeking a bilingual English-Spanish Marketing & Office Coordinator to support daily office operations, caregiver staffing coordination, referral development, recruitment efforts, and community outreach at our Union City office.

This position is ideal for an organized, professional, and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys building relationships within the community.

Job Overview: Marketing & Office Coordinator

The Marketing & Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting office administration, caregiver staffing, client intake coordination, recruitment efforts, and marketing initiatives for the agency.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking while communicating professionally with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and leadership.

Duties / Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and administrative support
Assist with caregiver staffing, onboarding, recruitment, and employee documentation
Coordinate client intake information and communicate with referral sources and healthcare facilities
Support marketing initiatives, social media outreach, and community engagement events
Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community partners
Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist leadership with office projects
Provide excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and team members

Required Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree or related coursework preferred
At least one (1) year of administrative, healthcare, customer service, staffing, or marketing experience preferred
Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred
