Elite Health & Wellness, LLC is expanding and we are looking for a Patient-Focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team!
This position is more than just a job, it is a chance to be part of a group of individuals who focus on the whole person. It is our mission to provide the best in patient care, offering expertly trained practitioners to treat a variety of needs to our community.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for completion of front office tasks ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and quality customer service. Tasks include greeting patients, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling and cancelling patient appointments, completing appointment reminder calls, answering phone, routing phone calls, collecting account copays and outstanding account balances, balancing of collected payments, reconciliation of appointments, and filing/scanning/copying documents and/or forms.
Minimum Requirements:

High School or GED Minimum
Any Job-Related Experience Minimum (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel is a plus)
Previous Healthcare Experience Preferred
Experience using an EHR System is Preferred (but not required)
Basic Billing Experience Preferred
Basic Medical Terminology

Key Responsibilities:

Utilizes work time effectively and efficiently to maximize productivity.
Regularly attends and consistently participates in scheduled meetings.
Focuses on the patient. Demonstrates positive customer service practices at all times.
Effectively communicates issues and/or concerns in a positive manner.
Displays flexibility and support during implementation of all new systems and processes.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
