We're building something special, and we're looking for great people to build it with us.

Soldier Hollow Lounge and Wasatch Mountain Grill are creating a fresh dining experience focused on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. We serve everyone from daily golfers and local families to tournaments, weddings, and private events, so no two days are ever the same.

We're currently looking for dependable line cooks, especially those available for opening shifts, who bring passion, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every service.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
Open and prepare the kitchen for the day when scheduled for opening shifts
Prep fresh ingredients and maintain organized workstations
Execute breakfast and lunch service efficiently during busy periods
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Assist with prep, stocking, and closing responsibilities
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen

Schedule

We offer a variety of shifts, with opening shifts beginning at 5:30 AM and closing shifts typically ending around 5:00 PM. Scheduling varies based on business needs, and we're especially looking to add dependable cooks to our opening team.

What We're Looking For

Previous line cook or kitchen experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for great food and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills
Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative kitchen
Availability for weekends and peak-season shifts

Compensation

$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional hours are often available during tournaments, weddings, and special events.
