About Sans Souci

Sans Souci is a growing vacation rental hospitality company based in Saugatuck/Douglas, Michigan. We manage a curated portfolio of vacation homes with a focus on exceptional hospitality, strong financial performance, thoughtful design, and highly personalized service for our property owners.

We are entering our next stage of growth, including expansion into new markets, and are looking for someone who wants to help build the company alongside us.

This is not a narrowly defined corporate job. We are still a growing, entrepreneurial company, and the right person will be excited to wear multiple hats, solve problems, create better ways of doing things, and take increasing ownership as the company grows.

The Role

The Owner Success & Revenue Manager will become a key member of Sans Souci’s leadership team, initially taking ownership of three closely connected areas: owner success, property onboarding, and revenue performance.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact for our property owners, lead new properties from signed agreement through successful launch, and help ensure every property in our portfolio is positioned to perform at its highest potential.

You will also work directly with the founder and operations team on marketing, growth initiatives, systems, and special projects.

We are looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You notice what needs to happen, figure out how to make it happen, and follow through.

Owner Success

You will build strong, proactive relationships with our property owners and ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident in Sans Souci.

Responsibilities include:

Serving as a primary point of contact for property owners.
Providing proactive updates on property performance and opportunities.
Identifying concerns before they become problems.
Coordinating property improvements and recommendations.
Preparing performance insights and owner communications.
Supporting exceptional owner retention and satisfaction.
Continuously improving the overall owner experience.

Property Onboarding

You will own the journey from signed management agreement to successful property launch.

This includes:

Managing onboarding timelines and checklists.
Gathering property information and documentation.
Coordinating photography, listing preparation, inspections, and setup.
Building listings, house guides, and property resources.
Coordinating with owners, operations, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensuring every new property launches accurately, efficiently, and at Sans Souci standards.

Revenue Management

You will take increasing ownership of revenue performance across the portfolio.

This includes:

Monitoring pricing, occupancy, pace, and market conditions.
Managing dynamic pricing and revenue-management systems.
Identifying underperforming dates and properties.
Adjusting pricing, minimum stays, promotions, and availability strategies.
Reviewing competitive positioning.
Helping owners understand revenue strategy and performance.
Developing increasingly sophisticated revenue-management processes as we grow.

Prior revenue-management experience is helpful but not required. We care more about analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to become excellent at something quickly.

Marketing & Growth

As part of a small and entrepreneurial team, you will also help us build the next generation of Sans Souci.

Depending on your strengths, this may include:

Owner acquisition marketing.
Email and CRM campaigns.
Realtor and referral partnerships.
Social media and content.
Website and listing content.
Case studies and sales materials.
New-market research and launches.

You won't necessarily execute every marketing function yourself. You will help make sure good ideas actually become reality.

Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate, revenue management, client success, marketing, or operations is valuable—but we are more interested in finding an exceptional person than someone with the perfect résumé.

As Sans Souci grows, we expect this role to grow significantly in responsibility, leadership opportunity, and compensation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
