Full Job Description

Maximus Title Agency is seeking a high-level Escrow/Title Processor to fill a role in an office of our real estate partner in Clarkson Michigan.

Outstanding communication skills, customer service and relationship building skills are a MUST. A high attention to detail, time management and organization skills are also required. This is a customer focus position, so we are seeking a candidate with a great attitude and outgoing personality.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Title Escrow Processor required.

Must know all steps to get from a purchase agreement to a closing for both buyers and sellers.

Working knowledge of SoftPro360 is preferred.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain good customer relationships
Effectively communicate with all parties
Prepare title commitments and handle title clearance issues
Work with other title companies on split closings
Preparing real estate closing documents
Knowledge of TRID guidelines including CD preparation
Coordinating closings with all parties
Review and understand purchase agreements
Obtain all payoffs, bills, and other conditions required for closing
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Beneficial Licenses and Certifications and Skills (not required):

Knowledge of First American AgentNet and/or Fidelity National Agentrax integrations
Title Producers license
Notary Public

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

SoftPro360: 1 year (Preferred)
escrow processing: 3 years (Required)
