Full Job Description

Hampton Inn & Suites is looking for a full-time Front Office Manager to join our team!

Job Summary

The Front Office Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and employees in person and over the phone. This position will also be responsible for answering phones, scheduling, greeting guests, and managing incoming calls. The Front Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the front office, including cleaning, filing, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
Handle all incoming calls and distribute appropriately.
Provide customer service to all guests in person and over the phone.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business (ie weekends and holidays).
Open availability to accommodate all scheduling need for the Front Desk

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with all types of clients (in person and over the phone).
Ability to learn quickly and take direction from staff members or supervisors accordingly.
Strong phone skills with excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them accurately.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
