Full Job Description

We are seeking a DTG Machine Operator (Direct‑to‑Garment Printing) to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating DTG printers to produce high‑quality printed apparel while also assisting with order fulfillment, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a production or warehouse environment. Prior DTG or printing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Operate Direct‑to‑Garment (DTG) printing machines to print apparel based on order specifications
Prepare garments for printing, including pretreatment, setup, and alignment
Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistency and high standards
Perform routine DTG machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Assist with order fulfillment, including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments
Verify orders for accuracy against a inventory management system and customer requirements
Maintain organized production and fulfillment work areas
Track blank garment and supply usage and assist with inventory counts
Communicate production issues or delays with team members
Support other production or warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in DTG printing, screen printing, heat press, embroidery, or production preferred
Warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

DTG or apparel printing experience is helpful, but training is available for motivated candidates.

Schedule

Full‑time, hourly position
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Occasional extended hours or weekends during peak production periods

Work Environment

This is an on‑site role in a manufacturing / warehouse setting. The position involves standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion. Temperature may vary in production areas. Equipment used includes DTG printers, heat presses, computers, label printers, and packing materials.
