Position Overview: As the Head of Single-Family Homeowner Association Property Management at Block Realty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our HOA management strategy while embodying our core values. This role requires an experienced leader who excels in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, and continuously improving processes. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of HOA management professionals and administrative staff by providing clear direction, mentorship, and support. Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Community Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of single-family homeowner association properties, ensuring efficient management, excellent service to homeowners, and adherence to community guidelines. Take ownership of key performance indicators related to property management.
Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline property management processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Implement innovative solutions and best practices to optimize property operations.
Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with homeowner associations and residents through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to providing a well-maintained and welcoming community.
Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize property performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in property management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
Proficiency in property management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
