Key Responsibilities

Research U.S. fashion trends, boutique bestsellers, seasonal colors, and jewelry market directions.
Translate trends and market insights into commercial jewelry collections for North American customers.
Develop jewelry designs from concept, mood boards, sketches, material selection, to final product direction.
Create trendy, wearable designs across earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and fashion accessories.
Develop seasonal collections and optimize products based on market feedback and sales performance.
Ensure designs are original, differentiated, and aligned with brand style.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in fashion jewelry or accessories design.
Strong understanding of U.S./European fashion aesthetics and jewelry trends.
Experience developing complete jewelry collections from concept to product.
Strong sense of color, materials, proportion, and commercial design.
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Experience with U.S. jewelry brands, boutiques, or wholesale markets is preferred.
CAD / 3D modeling experience is a plus, but not the main focus.
