Required Skills:

Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop Front Office Associates while building teamwork, accountability, and a positive service culture.
Strong guest service, service recovery, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Ability to plan daily assignments, prioritize competing needs, delegate effectively, and support smooth Front Office operations.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 applications; experience with hotel property management systems such as FOSSE and GXP preferred.
Professional presence, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests, Associates, vendors, and leadership.

Required Experience:

Minimum of three years of hotel experience required, preferably in Guest Services or Front Office operations.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to support team performance, training, scheduling, and accountability.
Experience responding to guest concerns, coordinating room readiness, supporting daily arrivals and departures, and partnering with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and hotel leadership.
Experience working in a Marriott-branded or extended-stay hotel environment preferred.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; Spanish or additional language skills preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
