Role Overview

As a Sales Professional on our retail floor, you will be the face of Toby Brazwell New York Life, engaging directly with walk-in customers. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through their entire buying journey, from initial interest to a finalized purchase. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building rapport, understanding needs, and providing expert guidance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Engage with Walk-in Customers: Enthusiastically greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Needs Assessment: Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, asking insightful questions to understand their unique situations and goals.
Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, effectively explaining features and benefits.
Consultative Selling: Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Guide customers through every stage of the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale and completing necessary paperwork.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting one another.
Maintain Store Standards: Contribute to a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
