Full Job Description

Role: Physical Therapist Assistant

We are Our client is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity for a 13-week assignment supporting physical rehabilitation services. The PTA initiates exercise as referred by a healthcare provider to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Location: Haxtun, CO 80731

Job Type: Contract - 13-Week Contract

Shift: 10-hour days | Monday–Friday, days

Compensation: $2000-$2150/week

Key Responsibilities

Initiate prescribed exercises for physical rehabilitation services.
Support restoration of function and relief of pain under Physical Therapist supervision
Help prevent disability through assigned rehabilitation interventions

Minimum Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Colorado or compact license
Required BLS
