The Project Specialist, Field Service will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Regional Field Service Manager by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment, and information. Ensure seamless project execution, serve as a liaison between field teams and management, with focus on scheduling, logistics, problem-solving, and field support coordination. This role will also support tracking systems, reporting, and operational efficiency improvements across projects.
Knowledge of projects and procedures
Review and compile Daily Reports, AHA/PTP, Issue Reports, Work Logs, Time Sheets, Expense Reports, and Invoice preparation for billing (including PTO tracking and FARs support)
Attending meetings related to Issue Resolution, Project Scheduling, RCA, RMA, FARs, and Warranty
Interface with technical staff and field managers to gather updates on projects and FARs and provide accurate reporting
Time Tracking (coordinate and support tracking across teams)
Issue Tracking (combined with FARs and project reporting systems)
Tracking complete project reporting and metrics related to project as needed
Review and complete schedule assessments and technician on-site requirements (with future ability to assist in manpower coordination and scheduling support)
Interface with company ERP systems to complete tasks related to on-site project work (Nexus / NetSuite)
Project Reporting and Issue Resolution (in coordination with project managers and operations support)
Procurement of required parts and equipment from the warehouse (working with internal teams as needed)
Coordinate equipment deliveries (both to office and job sites)
Process paperwork for materials received (track packing lists, RMAs, and incoming materials)
Maintain attic stock and spare parts tracking
Manage and track FARs including data verification
Conduct site visits as needed to deliver paperwork, parts, or support field teams
Support data verification processes, specifically related to FARs and reporting accuracy
Ensure manpower visibility and assist in tracking resource utilization
Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency (systems, tracking, and office/field coordination)
Work with Safety to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, certifications, and job site standards
Other duties as required or assigned
Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management preferred
Previous experience with construction job site safety procedures
OSHA 10, NFPA 70E preferred
3–5 years’ experience (military experience at E5–E6 level in supervisory or operational roles strongly considered)
Proven experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, inventory, or project coordination preferred
Experience supporting maintenance, electrical work, or field operations environments preferred
Forklift certification or warehouse experience is a plus (if applicable to location)

While regular travel is not expected for this position, JDC Technical Services operates multiple remote offices. Limited travel may occasionally be required for training or collaboration with remote staff.
