The Flow & Patient Volume:
Our clinic specializes in efficient, template-driven primary care. Because our outstanding medical assistants and scribes handle most of the documentation, our providers comfortably and consistently manage an average appointment time of 15 minutes.
The Family Practice Mix:
Straightforward, low-acuity primary care. Typical shifts consist of wellness exams, school/work physicals, minor acute illnesses (URIs, UTIs, strep, STI), women's health services, chronic disease management (Hypertension, Diabetes), weight loss, and basic point-of-care diagnostics.

Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) credentials.
- Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care settings.
- Solid work ethic and time management: Ability to thrive in an efficient, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, team-player mentality, and adaptability.
Experience & Skills:
- Outpatient Flow: Experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
- Chronic & Acute Care: Proficient in routine Hypertension, Diabetes, URIs, simple illnesses and physicals.
- EMR Charting: Comfortable using EMR templates and using scribe support for 24-hour chart closure.
- Coding: Working knowledge of standard CPT and ICD-10 coding.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine health status and needs.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with national standards of care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and DEA guidelines.
- Utilize in-office testing and other diagnostic modalities appropriately and cost-effectively.
- Use templates in Practice Fusion EMR to document patient encounters accurately.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse populations, including pediatrics and women's health.
- Procedures: Skin tag removal, warts, suturing, I&D.
Please Note: This is Family Medicine role. This position may include specialized cosmetic dermatology training, mentorship, or aesthetic procedures, if the contract is extended to the second year.
