Charley’s Taxi is Hiring English Speaking Call Takers

Charley’s Taxi is a trusted icon in the transportation business, reputed for service excellence. Our exclusive concessions and corporate accounts are the top name brands.

Applicant must be able to handle a high volume of calls from customers, agencies, and drivers, quickly and accurately entering (typing) the information into the dispatch system while multitasking to assist the dispatcher in ensuring timely pick-ups. You’ll be taking on-demand and reservation taxi orders and looking up various things such as order information, addresses, taxi fare estimates, etc. on the computer in order to answer questions, as well as assisting with office tasks if it’s slow. Qualified applicants will be able to keep up with ever-changing company policies and prices.

We’re looking for candidates with 2 or more years of Oahu residency.

This position is entirely on-site.
