Full Job Description

Are you a passionate and talented pastry cook? Roy’s Ko Olina is seeking a dedicated individual to join our culinary team. If you love creating delicious desserts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to be part of an award-winning restaurant, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare, bake, and present a variety of delicious desserts, and pastries for our guests
Ensure all desserts are made to Roy's high-quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new and exciting dessert offerings
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients
Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience (at least 2yrs) in a pastry cook (fine dining experience preferred)
Strong understanding of baking techniques and dessert preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating exceptional desserts
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
