Job description:

LTL-Team is a nationwide consulting firm specializing in the implementation of large-scale land acquisition and relocation projects. Our team has a long and successful history of involvement on infrastructure and transit projects around the country. We are focused on providing the highest level of service to our clients and are looking to add to our talented staff in our Hawaii office.

We are seeking applicants with a background in executive administrative and office support who are adept at data entry, reporting, proofreading, formatting, scheduling, and file management.

Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro are required. Familiarity with Google's Business Services (specifically Gmail, Calendar, and Drive) is required.

The position entails, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- providing executive administrative support to the Project Director;

- proofreading, formatting, and coordinating electronic and mail correspondence;

- proofreading, formatting, and finalizing project documentation;

- answering phones and directing calls and inquiries to other project staff;

- coordinating and managing project files and documents in the office and on the company's online drive;

- supporting project file management and file organization needs;

- keeping track of and providing updates to various project reports;

- act as liaison between project staff and outside escrow agent for purposes of requesting title reports and managing escrow closings,

- supporting data entry and project reporting needs;

- providing various other administrative and office support services as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
