About Lucia Lash & Brow
Lucia Lash & Brow is an established lash and brow studio with locations in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Hawaii, and Japan.
We are looking for an experienced lash and brow professional for an Lash /Brow artist opportunity at our Queen St. location in Honoluluu. This is a W2 Employee arrangement.
This opportunity is best suited for an experienced beauty professional who already performs lash and/or brow services during the business hours .
Employment Opportunity
The position will provide appointment availability 3 days per week, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Appointments will only be scheduled during the contractor’s stated availability. The contractor is not required to remain onsite during open availability and comes in only for confirmed appointments.
Compensation
- Commission-based / revenue-share compensation: 40-45%
- Commission rate increases based on incentives/targets and performance milestones.
- Compensation is based on completed services
- Earnings vary based on appointment volume, service type, availability, and client demand
Services
Contractor should have experience performing:
- Lash extensions — required
- Lash lifts
- Brow lamination
- Brow tinting
- Waxing or brow shaping, if applicable
Additional service experience is a plus, but professional lash extension experience is required.

Requirements
- Active Hawaii beauty operator, cosmetology, or esthetician license, as applicable
- Professional lash extension experience required
- Must have Beauty license as required under Hawaii law
- Must comply with Hawaii licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
Schedule / Availability
We are looking for an independent contractor who can provide appointment availability 3 days per week, generally 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Appointments are scheduled only during the contractor’s stated availability. The contractor reports to the salon only for confirmed appointments.
