FACTS Ed - Title I Tutor/Interventionist
We are seeking dedicated part-time Tutor/Interventionists for small group instruction of students in a K-8 and/or 9-12 private schools for 2026-27 School Year on Oahu.
The tutor/interventionist is required to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in K-8 and/or 9-12 classrooms that is safe, guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
All FACTS Educational Solutions Title I tutor/interventionist are required to complete a minimum of five (5) hours of paid pre-service training prior to the start of instructional services. Training is delivered through a combination of live virtual sessions and asynchronous online modules.
Responsibilities
- Support student learning and provide supplemental instruction in ELA and/or Math.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment and provide timely feedback on student work.
- Maintain accurate student records and submit all required reports, documentation, and compliance materials within established timelines.
- Communicate regularly with classroom teachers and administration regarding student progress to support student success.
- Use instructional materials and approved supplemental programs to support learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Education or related field preferred); Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of classroom teaching or related educational experience.

- Proficiency with technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
