Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented Cake & Cupcake Decorator with an eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, consistent designs. This is a full‑time position (30–40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule — however, Fridays and Saturdays are required, as they’re our busiest days.
What You’ll Do
- Decorate cakes and cupcakes with buttercream, fondant, piping, and other techniques
- Follow design requests for custom orders, including birthdays, weddings, and special events
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Assist with prepping batters, fillings, and frostings as needed
- Collaborate with a friendly, supportive team
- Help ensure every order leaves the bakery looking amazing
What We’re Looking For
- Some decorating experience required — you should already be comfortable with basic piping, smoothing, and simple designs
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliability on Fridays and Saturdays
- Creativity, consistency, and pride in your work
